In each class, you’ll move your body, focusing on optimal alignment, mindfulness and practices that support your physical and mental vitality. Working with your breath, rather than taking charge of your breath by force or controlling, you’ll become confident in uniting asanas with breath until you find your body and mind united in one fluid movement.
Because yoga isn’t competitive, in every class I provide props to support your body’s balance and alignment, allowing you to surrender and release the depth of tension.
All you need to do is to arrive.
